Keď začne zmes tuhnúť, panvicu vložíme do rúry vyhriatej na 180 stupňov celzia a pečieme asi 15 minút. Upečenú omeletu vyklopíme na tanier (spodok bude na vrchu) a ozdobíme prúžkami červenej kapie, avokádom a čerstvým tymianom.
