[instructions] => Múku zmiešame s kypriacim práškom a preosejeme ju. Pridáme žĺtky, smotanu, rum, soľ, cukor a citrónovú kôru. Vypracujeme hladké cesto, ktoré rozdelíme na štyri časti a prikryjeme ich utierkou. Postupne každú časť na tenko vyvaľkáme (múkou posýpame čo najmenej) a pokrájame na štvorce, či iné tvary. Do každého tvaru urobíme dva zárezy. Tvary vkladáme do väčšieho množstva oleja (3 až 4 cm) a vypražíme z oboch strán. Odkvapkané a vychladnuté božie milosti posypeme práškovým cukrom.
